Daughter of Presley M. Boggess and America D. Langley
Adenia Molly Boggess was born on September 17,
1859 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. She
was the third of eight children born to Presley M. Boggess and America D.
Langley. She was raised on
the family farm in Muhlenberg.
In 1880, Adenia was living in her parents’ household in Boggess,
Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.
