Four children were born to John Englehart and Lillian B. Hendricks, who did not live to reach adulthood.

In the 1900 census, Lillian is listed as the mother of 6 children, with 3 children (Minnie, Fred, and Anna) still living.  In the Indiana Births 1880-1920 Index, there is record of two male children born to John and Lillian.  One on January 31, 1898, and the other on May 15, 1902.
